AMX Control systemsThe foundation of Smart Home solution of the "Domtek" Company lies in integrated control on the base of AMX controller. The system has a modular structure and unlimited abilities for further extension. The control system consists of the following four conditional sub-systems:

Control boards and control panels;

Central controllers;

Controllers of ÀÕLink and ICSNet drive lines; and

Devices of interface with control objects.
Specialized software must be also singled out as individual component of the whole system.
Any control system consists of, at least, one central controller. The controllers connect the panels with control objects. Acting as a nerve centre, the central controller solves three basic tasks, i.e. control, issuing the commands and commutation. In the case of several central controllers the system is built on the principle of hierarchical addressing. Then among several central controllers-servers a master-controller is picked out.
The AMX control system is built in such way that any input action described in the program (pressing the button on control desk, reception of commands from integrated sub-systems, response of a movement sensor etc) may lead to execution both start-stop (short or long) commands and the whole programmed algorithms of events.
For instance, after pressing the button “Nobody remains at home’ the “microclimate” system gets a command to re-switch to economy mode, the light, TV sets and other domestic appliances will be off, the warning system will get a “Home is under protection” command. The system will inform by phone or any other means about any worst-case situation.
There are no limits to management and control for the AMX equipment and everything depends on fantasy of an architect and a person who installs it. AMX CAN DO EVERYTHING…
